[Gnso-dmpm-wg] - Update

Thank you Steve for the Updates.
Coming back to the document on the DMPM Metrics Request Framework , I
wonder if we should not separate Anonymous and confidential and have two
means of analysis. Does  an Anonymous data can keep the Confidential
behavior?
