Dear WG Members,

Due to lack of WG member availability for the proposed meeting options in
the Doodle poll, in part related to the GDD Summit as Graeme noted, I have
closed the poll and the next meeting is scheduled for Tuesday 15 September
2015 at 21:00 UTC for 90 minutes, as you hopefully all noted from Terri¹s
email sent on 9 September. This message is intended to hopefully provide
clarity for any members that attempt to respond to the poll and find it
unavailable, or are seeking clarification regarding the next meeting time.

Dear WG Members,

The call that was rescheduled for today, Tuesday at 22:00 UTC was cancelled
due to lack of participants, though staff would note that this was in large
part due to the last second change to the meeting time, so apologies for
those changes. Staff would also note that several WG Members signed into the
call after the decision was made to cancel and reschedule for another day.

We have created a Doodle poll with a few options, where the hope is to
conduct a 90 minute call and be able to get through all comments in the
Public Comment Review Tool and give ourselves the chance to meet the GNSO
Council motions and documents deadline of 14 September, which would allow
for Council consideration of the WG¹s Final Report during its 24 September
Council meeting.
