Good evening

I will be brief; I am one of the GAC representatives and work for the UK
Government (DCMS) on IG issues. Was also formerly an ICANN staff member in
the Government Engagement team.

I am not an expert on IDNs but do have a passion to promote their uptake
and thus the spread of the Internet.
