[Gnso-epdp-idn-team] EPDP Leadership Virtual Office Hour Next Thursday

Dear All,


Given the need for data collection to deliberate on second-level variant related charter questions, as well as the ongoing work in the String Similarity Small Group, the EPDP Team leadership is proposing cancellation of next Thursday’s (14 July) meeting to facilitate the completion of these work items.


Since the EPDP Team has been working remotely together for almost one year, the leadership team would like to host a “virtual office hour” during next week’s meeting time instead. The leadership team would appreciate this opportunity to check in with each representative group within the EPDP Team, hearing your experience participating in the EPDP and any feedback you may have. This virtual office hour is not intended to be a meeting with the whole team, but rather one-on-one between the leadership team and each representative group.


If you are interested in dropping in during the virtual office hour, please email gnso-secs at icann.org<mailto:gnso-secs at icann.org> by EOB Tuesday, 12 July. The GNSO Secretariat will follow up with proposed time slots to meet with the leadership team.
