Dear All,

In preparation for the joint meeting with ccPDP4 on Tuesday, 29 November at 14:00-15:30 UTC, please find attached the ccPDP4’ draft document on the proposed process and method for confusing similarity evaluation. Based on staff’s understanding, the scope of discussion of string similarity in ccPDP4 seems to be much broader than IDN EPDP Team, as the EPDP Team focused on variants’ role in the review and the proposed hybrid model. It is expected that the EPDP Team will explain the mechanism and rationale of the hybrid model with ccPDP4 during the joint meeting.
