Dear folks,

Hope those of you who were at ICANN 77 have had good trips to D.C.

I am writing to let you know that Jerry Sen, Lisa Liang and myself would be attending ICANN 77 remotely.

At the same time, due to the 12-hour time difference between D.C. and Beijing, we were not be able to attend Session 1 and 2 of the EPDP team, would attend Session 3 and 4.

Could you please note the apologies from Jerry Sen, Lisa Liang and Zuan Zhang for being absent from Session 1 and 2?

I hope this email finds you all well. I am writing to inform you that regrettably, I will not be able to attend ICANN 77 in Washington DC as planned. Due to unforeseen circumstances. I will be following our various planned sessions and contributing remotely to the discussions whenever possible. I wish you a  successful and productive meeting at ICANN77 and a great group photo :)

I am confident that your deliberations will lead to valuable outcomes and significant progress toward our collective mission.

We will have the opportunity to meet in person, possibly in Germany for most of you.

Hello everyone,



Group Photo: We will finally have an official group photo taken at ICANN77! The photographer will be with us at the start of Session 1 at 13:45 (local DC time) on Monday, 12 June @ Marquis 12/13. Appreciate that you arrive in the room a few minutes earlier so we can get together. Hope this is helpful for your wardrobe planning as well 😊 If you cannot make it, it will be pity, and I will appreciate that you let me know.



After the photo, we will proceed with the following proposed agenda. We expect the deliberation of domain name lifecycle related questions (D4, D6, D7, C4a) will take up most of our time. Another item to note is that the last 30 minutes of Session 2 are planned as a dedicated time for the group to relax a bit and socialize!



For those who are traveling to DC, safe travels (and I welcome you to my home turf). For those who are not traveling, appreciate that you join us remotely and see you online.
