Dear All,

Following the completion of the consensus call process of the Phase 1 final recommendations, we are sending the draft Phase 1 Final Report for your review and approval by EOB Tuesday, 7 November. Please find the PDF document attached. Please share on list or email staff if you spot any typo, grammatical error, or other editorial issues. According to our project plan, we are expected to submit the Phase 1 Final Report to the GNSO Council no later than 9 November.

Congratulations to everyone for this amazing work done! Also, we want to express our immense appreciation to Donna and Justine for their leadership in shepherding this policy effort. Let’s keep this momentum for Phase 2 deliberation, and fingers crossed we will see the light at the end of the tunnel very soon.
