Till date, there is a budge among technical community, user community, Government and academia about the need of Universal Acceptance. However, Universal Acceptance ready systems are below 3% globally. Therefore, there is an urgent need for all of us to work together as a team, as a community to ensure that those who are left out from the Internet revolution should be brought within Internet fold to make use of a wonderful invention called “Internet”.
