[Gnso-epdp-legal] Reminder of EPDP Legal Committee action items

Dear EPDP Phase 2 Legal Committee,

 

Please note the EPDP Legal Committee will be meeting at ICANN66 on Monday, 4 November from 17:00 – 18:30 in Room 511C.

 

Please come prepared to the meeting having completed all action items from our last meeting. As a reminder:

1.  Brian, Margie, Thomas, and Volker to work together on reformulating Q11 based on today’s discussion. In redrafting the question, small group to consider the previous Bird & Bird advice re: safeguards.

2.  Margie to draft new question based on reverse WHOIS look-up services.

3. Margie to update the question on the right to be forgotten with specific text that may conflict with the previous territorial scope memo.

Please note that ICANN org staff has updated the draft summary memos, which are now in a consistent format and include executive summaries.
