Dear Legal Committee:

 

Please find below the proposed agenda for tomorrow’s Legal Committee meeting. Further to the reminder from yesterday noting the outstanding action items, please come prepared to tomorrow’s meeting having completed all homework.

Following our last meeting, we attempted to reorganize the Legal Committee’s questions into a more user-friendly format. The following Google sheet [docs.google.com] categorizes all of the legal questions into the following groups:
To Rework (questions the team has agreed should be posed to outside counsel, but text is not yet agreed)
On hold (questions to be revisited once more policy principles and overarching concepts are agreed to)
Priority 2 questions (questions not directly related to SSAD)
Completed – sent to B&B
Completed – team agreed to dismiss
 You can toggle between the different categories using the tabs on the bottom of the sheet.

The limitation to the Google sheet is we cannot show textual edits within the sheet. We will, therefore, track changes to questions using the worksheets housed on the EPDP wiki, which are divided by topic.
