[Gnso-epdp-team] Notes prior to the EPDP call

Thanks Kurt, good idea to get introductions out of the way here. 

I am Milton Mueller, Professor at Georgia Tech and part of the Internet Governance Project. I'm a veteran of the ICANN process, going back to 1997. Have been on the GNSO Council, chair of the .org divestiture WG, member of several ancient Whois working groups, member of the IANA transition Coordinating Group, etc.  I'm participating in the ePDP as a member of the Noncommercial Stakeholders Group. We've worked with data protection authorities going back to 2004 to advise ICANN on the Whois issue.
