[Gnso-epdp-team] Update on Day 0 Meeting

Dear EPDP Team,

I am sending this to inform you that decision was made to not have an EPDP
meeting in Day 0 prior to ICANN65.  We just got an update that only half a
day (in the morning) can be accommodated instead of a full day as
requested. That did not make it worth the time and effort so instead
Council leadership team has committed to find and allocate substantial time
during policy forum in close co-ordination with other groups.
