I do not believe this question has been answered. I have reviewed the blog post and it lacks detail. I am not finding any firm information on the proposed timeline for future interactions between ICANN org and the European Data Protection Board. I am also unclear on which Directorate-General within the European Commission ICANN org will be consulting with, and when. I consider it difficult for us to do our work when these information asymmetries persist.

As you may know, the [Technical Study Group](https://www.icann.org/tsg) has been exploring technical solutions for authenticating, authorizing, and providing access to non-public registration data for third parties with legitimate interests. More information regarding ICANN org’s next steps following the [draft technical model](https://www.icann.org/en/system/files/files/draft-technical-model-access-non-public-registration-data-06mar19-en.pdf) shared during ICANN 64 can be found on Göran’s [blog post](https://www.icann.org/news/blog/next-steps-for-the-technical-study-group-epdp) published on 5 April 2019.
