[Gnso-epdp-team] Question in preparation of the LA F2F meeting

Dear Janis,

The CPH has been pondering the best possible time for the Strawberry Team
and Goran to meet with the team, and we, of course, welcome the opportunity
to have a discussion with them at the F2F.

With that in mind, we would like to suggest that the timing of this is
probably key. Realistically speaking, we do believe that perhaps the most
prudent slot on the agenda would be the end of the final day. This will
allow us to draw a line under our main deliberations, and then focus on our
discussion with the Strawberry Team. Following that, it seems fitting to
end the meeting at ICANN HQ with Goran; seems to be a very natural
scheduling choice.
