Ah, thanks, Alan for that clarification. As noted in my email, the data elements workbooks are still being revised to ensure alignment with the EPDP Team recommendations by a small team which hopes to share the updated versions shortly. The proposed changes in the context of ARS have been taken note of and will be reflected.

There is no change to the Purpose itself (luckily we used lower case "contractual compliance"). My question could have been clearer.

The change is to the workbook and I was reacting to no such change showing up on page 108/109 of the draft that was distributed.
