Dear Kurt
The arrangement is not user's friendly.
One need to refer to too many sources
I do not know why in ICANN the process is so difficult.
Perhaps it is make so not to make it possible with average familiarity to
follow the case
I have been involved in conferences and meetings that for more than 1300
pages are proposals from hundreds of sources
The most simple manner used since decades to prepare a consolidated workd
document starting with the initial text of each subject and below that the
individual comments with
Agreed
Agreed with comment on red line
Disagreed totally but no suggestion
Disagreed but providing new text
That has worked more than sufficient
I do not understand why the things are made complex
Regards
Kavouss
