[Gnso-epdp-team] Purpose 1(a) & 1(b) workbooks

Thank you Dan.

As I noted on the call, we appear to have used the old version of the
Workbook! In truth our hope was focused more on identifying the data
elements to demonstrate the necessity for the Purpose 1 split itself and
perhaps we got caught up in old format a bit too much!

The workbooks are now, (assuming the split is accepted at plenary) to be
fed into the work of the small team to review and rework them into the
final agreed version of the Workbook so as to have clarity as to the data
processed as the minimum data set for each purpose. I'm sure that any such
issues that you noted are indeed going to be resolved rather quickly by the
Small Team as not for inclusion in the document, and we shall merely defer
the question of roles and responsibilities to the plenary, our resultant
recommendations and subsequent work of the negotiations.
