It will be a good discussion today, since we strongly disagree with this assessment. Or that one person gets to decide which use cases are valid.
Conflating BC-1 with LEA is a good example of a common misunderstanding, for example.

Sanctions will be imposed on SSAC for violating the use case nonprofileration agreement – and being late, too!
More seriously, here is my take on the earlier use cases. I really think we only need to be discussing 4 or 5 of them, though I have not reviewed the late SSAC cases.
