[Gnso-epdp-team] Fwd: EPDP Team resources request

Hi,

Any decision to hold a day zero meeting needs to be confirmed as soon as
possible to allow for proper advanced planning.  Once (cheaper) airfare is
booked it is often impossible/very costly to change.
