[Gnso-epdp-team] Updated zero draft incorporating input received

In preparation for tomorrow’s F2F meeting, please find attached the updated zero draft which includes for each of the policy principles, building blocks and open questions a high level overview of the issues flagged and viewpoints expressed by the different groups.
