[Gnso-epdp-team] Final Report

I would just like to echo the thanks to staff expressed so eloquently by 
Laureen and Rafik.  For those of us who have been on the EPDP, its 
precursor the RDS PDP, the IAG on conflicts with law, the RDS II Review, 
and even the EWG, we see the same policy staff working for years on this 
difficult issue (special shout out to Lisa Phifer who got to retire 
before getting roped into EPDP). We really appreciate your patience in 
dealing with the same issues and the same arguments over and over 
again.  The methodology used in finally getting this thing corralled 
represents a mountain of work on your part.  I know I for one complained 
about it but without it we would still be wandering in the desert.
