Thank you Rafik, you deserve a big round of applause (actually, you deserve
more than that, but that is all we have for now), as does Janis (may he be
happier in his new job) and everyone on the team who contributed in good
faith and worked diligently towards the goal of creating a workable process.

I am sure we all agree that there are flaws and warts and no one will be
happy with everything, but is that not the mark of a great compromise. I
hope we all find the strength to push our work-product over the finish
line.
