[Gnso-epdp-team] Update on vice chair and GNSO Council liaison

Dear EPDP Team,

This message is to inform you of the GNSO Council’s non-objection to the appointment of a non-EPDP Team member (Brian Beckham) as vice-chair to the EPDP Phase 2A Team.

Additionally, the GNSO Council has appointed Philippe Fouquart as the GNSO Council Liaison to the EPDP Phase 2A Team.
