  1.  Item #13:  I’ve modified the language to reflect the group decision to utilize periodic summary documents created by staff. These summaries will be made available to share with your individual community groups as follows:

     *   Before the F2F in DC
     *   After the F2F
     *   Before ICANN76

Other intervals can be agreed upon should the group deem it necessary.

  1.  Signature line:  Review of previous discussions, including inputs shared on our 16 January call, indicate that the language in the signature block as currently articulated is a compromise of ideas. No one has indicated an inability to sign. This group has worked incredibly hard on this document broadly, and my sincere hope is that we have agreement with the language as is.

Both of these items are in their final form. The deadline to indicate your refusal to agree to is 20 January 2023 at 23:59 UTC on the mailing list.  No response will be interpreted as agreement to the document. We cannot start discussions on 26 January with these issues unresolved.

The high-level assumption agreements reach during our discussion of  Asynchronous Work #5 are reflected in this document and have been incorporated into our next step – a building block framework for discussion that ensures all relevant questions, and possible answers to those questions, can be addressed.

In preparation for our meeting next week, I ask you review this framework and identify all questions that will need to be discussed within each block. I ask you then brainstorm answers to the questions you’ve identified. Please come to the F2F prepared to share these inputs.

We will not be collaborating asynchronously in this document.
