Welcome to DC!

Hello all,

We wanted to share the outside of the building in which the f2f will be taking place Thursday and Friday.

From the hotel, when you step outside, turn right and the entrance door is at the corner. If you cross the street, you have gone too far, if you turn a corner, you have gone too far. The location is less than one minute walk from our hotel.  The front door has the name of Winston & Strawn on it. Once inside, walk to the security desk, you will meet Cecil and provide him your name and he will key you up in the elevator to the penthouse floor.

We wanted to share some information on meeting logistics for the Facilitated Dialogue on closed generics face-to-face meeting taking place on 26 & 27 January 2023 in Washington DC.

We will have welcome kits to hand out, like ICANN tri-annual meetings, that will include face masks and covid-19 test kits.

Hotel:

  *   All funded travelers should have received their hotel confirmation via email, let me know if you have not (terri.agnew at icann.org<mailto:terri.agnew at icann.org>)
  *   Hotel does not offer room service but other food delivery services like uber eats and grubhub are available, some restaurants will deliver

Meet and greet – Wednesday, 25 January 2023:

  *   Location: AC Hotel Washington DC Downtown – private area in lobby
  *   Time: 6:00-7:30pm/et (local)
  *   Will have tapas and drinks
  *   Feel free to pop in and out during time
