While you have come a long way toward a draft framework, significant work remains with very little time to do it. I encourage you to view the work remaining through a lens of compromise.

This table reflects where each remaining red line issue currently stands. The group has recently worked on the vast majority of these and many issues within the table offer proposed compromise. At this point, your positions on each issue are well known and there is no need to restate them. Instead, in this table I ask you find compromise with the language proposed OR offer possible solutions that meet your needs, as well as the needs of your colleagues.

Due to time constraints, it is now incumbent upon each of you to find strong support for your priority issues within the red line table in order for the issue to be included within the Closed Generic Framework v3 document.
