Hi Melissa,

Is there any way that you/Christian could go through #1, Remaining Red 
Lines Table, in the left column and identify which "Block" of our 
Framework the section came from, e.g.,

- Application, Evaluation or Post-delegation?

Out of context, things are looking a little duplicative and it may be 
because they are coming from different sections of our Framework.  If 
you remember, it was my job, with Greg /specifically to move some items 
from Evaluation to Application/ (keeping them in Evaluation, but also 
giving the Applicant an opportunity to provide input directly on an 
issue to be evaluated by the Panel).

If we can see these section headings a little more clearly, it will 
provide some usual context for the sections we are discussing.
