<p class="MsoNormal">In terms of communications with the Board, staff would like to confirm that Alan B and Patricio will share the Draft Framework with the rest of the Board and the Board’s SubPro Caucus, in their role as Board liaisons to the dialogue. As
one of the objectives of the Policy Forum is for Board members to attend as many community sessions of interest as their schedules permit, we anticipate that there will be interest amongst the Board in your two open sessions at ICANN77 next week.<o:p></o:p></p>

<p class="MsoNormal">In terms of communications with ICANN org, specifically our colleagues in the Global Domains & Strategy (GDS) function, the Policy staff that has been supporting the dialogue has begun coordinating with GDS to ensure that our colleagues
are aware that there is a Draft Framework that will be made public today, for which their input into implementability and feasibility will be appreciated. We intend to follow up by sharing the Draft Framework with them once it is distributed to the community
at 21:00 UTC today (as Melissa has noted). <br>

Regarding the format of the two ICANN77 open sessions, please share your thoughts and any concerns about the staff proposal, as Jeff has done. Our intention in sharing the suggestion we did was to allow the group to decide how you wish to run the sessions before
