2. Introduction to the Facilitated Dialogue: Introduction of participants & explanation of the process - Melissa & Participants<br>
- Opportunity for participants to comment on the process and approach, as well as for observer questions<br>
3. Presentation of the Draft Framework - Melissa & Participants<br>
- Move block by block through the Draft Framework, staff to introduce the substance and participants to complement where they see fit<br>
- Each block will allow for observer questions and discussion<br>
4. Additional community questions and feedback<br>
