Thanks Lawrence – there was a good compromise proposed by Tom that several of us thought would be workable on Rec 1, so I agree that it would be good to make a decision on this if possible at today’s meeting.

Dear All,

We have spent considerable time over the last 3 meetings debating comments received on recommendation one. I suggest we wrap this up at our next meeting and move to the next recommendation, so we do not lose our trail of thoughts and actions. The task left on recommendation one revolves around how we adjust the language to accommodate improvements suggested by different parties after the public comment's as reflected by WG-Members.

By this I propose a change to our agenda as:

Note, you will see that for agenda item 2, we are starting with recommendation 2. This does not mean that possible revisions for recommendation 1 are complete. Rather, the intention is to get through a first pass of public comments received for all recommendations, to get at least a high-level sense of which recommendations may require amendment. Then we can of course return to perform the hard work of making changes, where needed.
