We have spent considerable time over the last 3 meetings debating comments received on recommendation one. I suggest we wrap this up at our next meeting and move to the next recommendation, so we do not lose our trail of thoughts and actions. The task left
on recommendation one revolves around how we adjust the language to accommodate improvements suggested by different parties after the public comment's as reflected by WG-Members.</div>
