the </span>discussion on yesterday’s call, Monday, 04 December 2023, the working group agreed to one minor change in the attached Final Draft of the Final Report: to include in Guidance Recommendation 1 to clarify the meaning of “under-served” in the Implementation
Guidance, page 9, to include a footnote from the Initial Report deliberations referencing the GAC definition as follows: “The working group agreed to cite from the Initial Report the GAC's definition of under-served:

<p class="MsoNormal"><b>REPORT REVIEW: Working Group members are requested to review, with their respective groups, Section 3 of the Final Report and provide suggested minor edits, if any, in redline/review mode not later than
<u>COB Thursday, 07 December</u>.</b> Note that minor edits are welcome for the other sections of the report, although those sections are mostly unchanged from the Initial Report.<o:p></o:p></p>

<p class="MsoNormal"><b>CONSENSUS CALL: </b><b><span lang="EN-GB" style="color:black">Working Group members are requested to review, with their respective groups, the Consensus Designations for each Guidance Recommendation listed in Annex C and to indicate
on the Working Group list <u>as soon as possible but not later than COB Thursday, 07 December</u> if
