1 to clarify the meaning of “under-served” in the Implementation Guidance, page 9, to include a footnote from the Initial Report deliberations referencing the GAC definition as follows: “The working group agreed to cite from the Initial Report the GAC's definition
of under-served: <a href="https://urldefense.com/v3/__https:/gac.icann.org/working-group/gac-working-group-on-underserved-regions-usrwg__;!!PtGJab4!5333mm3P75BiFELEOxEZwalPHRJ_0BTwSv0a0CuQjQJmDNYoTmEL10dkfYbtYUvRQS614xrJaYvxinKzfqOVcHpb5Vk1WWPs7w$">

<p><b>REPORT REVIEW: Working Group members are requested to review, with their respective groups, Section 3 of the Final Report and provide suggested minor edits, if any, in redline/review mode not later than
<u>COB Thursday, 07 December</u>.</b> Note that minor edits are welcome for the other sections of the report, although those sections are mostly unchanged from the Initial Report.<o:p></o:p></p>
