[Gnso-igo-ingo-crp] Confirming WG Co-Chairs

Dear all,

Thanks very much to Petter and Phil for accepting their nominations to be
co-chairs of our Working Group. As no further nominations have been received
as of the closing date, unless there are objections to either of them
assuming the co-chair positions, I will proceed to submit their names to the
GNSO Council for its confirmation of their appointment. FYI Petter will
continue to serve as the GNSO Council liaison to the WG.

Congratulations, Petter and Phil  we staff are looking forward to working
with you and everyone in the WG on this PDP!
