[Gnso-igo-ingo-crp] Future WG meetings: confirming day and time

Dear WG members,

With more than half the WG members having completed the Doodle poll, the WG
Co-Chairs have decided that starting from the week of 22 September, future
WG meetings will take place every Wednesday at 1600 UTC. Although it was
impossible to find a day and time that would accommodate everyone, this was
the slot that affected the fewest members. We hope that if you encounter any
difficulties with a recurring Wednesday meeting, you¹ll still continue to
participate in this WG as each call is recorded and transcribed, and because
we also expect much substantive discussion to occur not just during the
calls but also via this mailing list.

Please note that this does not affect the upcoming Monday 15 September
meeting, which will go ahead as scheduled at 1900 UTC. The first meeting
that will take place pursuant to the selected slot will be after that, on
Wednesday 24 September ­ and the GNSO Secretariat will issue calendar
invitations and reminders accordingly.
