[Gnso-igo-ingo-crp] Agenda and documents for next WG call

Thanks for the feedback, George and Paul ­ I¹d like to assure the WG that
the co-chairs and staff have no intention of limiting the options or
discussions of the WG. Despite, therefore, my somewhat clumsy formulation of
the wording for Agenda Item #4, it is certainly entirely appropriate and
timely to discuss the possibility of ³no amendment or new process² as well
as George¹s point regarding education at that point in the meeting.
