  George Kirikos:I think for this document, most of it looked good -- we'll likely need to focus on the table starting on page 9 (comparison with the IGO small group proposal).

  George Kirikos:i.e. someone reading 4.4 won't understand it, until they get to section 6.

  Mary Wong:@George, we hope to get everyone a full draft Initial Report with all the other Sections "filled in" by next week's  meeting
