Are you writing "as chair" or as a member?

This is not an "illicit poll" --- this is a summary of the transparent
mailing list discussions we've been having this week, with references
to each and every message. It's a piece of information summarizing our
discussions that folks can take as they will.

The non-transparent 10 minute office hours violate the working group
guidelines (because of their lack of transparency).

The October 2017 anonymous poll violated the working group guidelines.

I'm not using the spreadsheet as a poll or vote -- you'll notice there
are no totals, just the raw discussion that is summarized, to reflect
the attempts at reaching consensus that have gone on amongst willing
members of this PDP.

By the way, is today's call a "Consensus Call"? Yes or no. Remember,
by the rules, a consensus call must take place on the mailing list,
not on the telephone call, and has specific requirements. (section
3.6, e.g. top of page 10 of the Working Group guidelines)
