Hello everyone,

Following up on Berry’s note on the agenda for the call on 17 August, please find attached in relation to Agenda Item (3) a document excerpting GAC advice and communications relating to protections for Red Cross and Red Crescent identifiers. This document is essentially an updated version, taking into account more recent GAC Communiques), of the compilation that was included as Annex C of the briefing paper from the Copenhagen facilitated discussions. It is divided into two sections: Section I relates to GAC Communiques issued after the completion of the original PDP work in late 2013, and Section II contains excerpts from the GAC Communiques that were issued before that time.
