Please find attached an extract of the WG's draft preliminary
recommendations.  We will review these in detail during today's call.  After
initial discussion and likely suggested changes on the call, staff will
deliver the full draft report for the group's review.

Hi All,

 

Below is the proposed agenda for our next meeting scheduled 10 May 2018 at
14:00 UTC.  This meeting is scheduled for 90 minutes.

 

Agenda:

(0) Roll call, Agenda bash and SOI Updates

(1) Review of Definitive List of National Society Names and variations
review list (separate email to be sent shortly)

(2) Review of WG Preliminary Recommendations***

(3) If agreement, discuss parallel plan for WG report and public comment;
timeline for completion of this effort

(4) AoB and next meeting

 

***I was not able to complete a draft of the entire report in time for the
meeting, and as such, just the recommendations section will be presented to
the WG.  It will be sent as soon as possible prior to tomorrow's call.
Staff will complete a first draft of the entire report by 14 May for review.
