Thanks Chris,
I think with our current definition can be out many IGOs who doesn't
have a seat as member in UN. Even UN has a Non-UN IGO committees, but if
you prefer names or kind of organizations maybe we could name African
Development Bank or Asian Development Bank, for name some.
