All,

I thought this could be of Interest given that this was a UDRP action filed by a State Actor (who like an IGO could claim jurisdictional immunity if this case were brought in court).

However, this UK State Actor agreed to the Mutual Jurisdiction clause in the UDRP.  This is not the first case filed by the UK Government's HM Revenue and Customs.  This state actor I believe has filed about 50 UDRP Actions and I believe all of them were won by the State Actor (although 4 of them were "Terminated" prior to a decision)....which essentially means that they were settled.

I am not aware of any appeals that have been filed.
