I am also familiar with your strategy and your tough  position when you were the member of the board insisting on your own views 
But here you are the chair and should not have or impose any position .I hope you will take a different position tidally neutral, impartial fair at your béa position
Sorry if I am frank and straightforward .
If you act as such we admire you if not we nay take otherwise
