I hope everyone has had a chance to look at this paper provided by staff. 

At the meeting today I would like us to consider and discuss the mutual jurisdiction issue with particular reference to the points made in the Swaine memo, and also to consider and discuss Arbitration with reference to both the Swaine memo and the WIPO paper on arbitration.
