Thanks Berry,

I’m sure that no commentary was meant when item 3.2. was named, but I’m afraid it is a bit misleading (simple process view).  There is absolutely nothing simple about ICANN becoming a trademarkish rights-granting organization, whether hanging on 6ter, GAC list, or otherwise.  ☺
