[gnso-igo-wt] EPDP - Recommendations 4/5

Dear EPDP,

Please find attached a redline and clean version of draft recommendations 4/5. The redline is too busy to easily comprehend, but it is included as a reference of changes since the version as part of the Initial Report.

The updates are based on two aspects of the group’s deliberations:

  1.  The EPDP seems to be consolidating towards option 2. As such, the recommendations are updated by removing option 1 leaving option 2 as the core of the recommendation.
  2.  Text is also updated by staff based on the EPDP’s review of the comments and suggested updates, namely from the IPC.

This will be our first agenda item for next week.
