<p class="MsoNormal">However, this UK State Actor agreed to the Mutual Jurisdiction clause in the UDRP. This is not the first case filed by the UK Government’s HM Revenue and Customs. This state actor I believe has filed about 50 UDRP Actions and I believe
all of them were won by the State Actor (although 4 of them were “Terminated” prior to a decision)….which essentially means that they were settled.<o:p></o:p></p>
