<p class="MsoNormal">Please find attached a redline and clean version of draft recommendations 4/5. The redline is too busy to easily comprehend, but it is included as a reference of changes since the version as part of the Initial Report.<o:p></o:p></p>

<p class="MsoNormal">The updates are based on two aspects of the group’s deliberations:<o:p></o:p></p>

<li class="MsoListParagraph" style="margin-left:0in;mso-list:l0 level1 lfo1">The EPDP seems to be consolidating towards option 2. As such, the recommendations are updated by removing option 1 leaving option 2 as the core of the recommendation.<o:p></o:p></li><li class="MsoListParagraph" style="margin-left:0in;mso-list:l0 level1 lfo1">Text is also updated by staff based on the EPDP’s review of the comments and suggested updates, namely from the IPC.<o:p></o:p></li></ol>
