<p class="MsoNormal">Per today’s call and the review of the Chair’s initial consensus designation table by recommendation, please signal to the EPDP if your respective group intends to submit any form of a minority statement against the proposed final report
by <span style="color:red">24 March 2022 at 23:59 UTC</span>. This will allow time for the Chair to amend the designations, as appropriate, before final designations are sent out to the EPDP on the 25<sup>th</sup>.

<p class="MsoNormal">The initial designations table is attached for your reference. Note, the last two rows are not formal recommendations. As we just reviewed the principles of arbitral rules with the full plenary for the first time today, it still is listed
as “TBA”. However, formal designations are not required and were only included as placeholders in case there were any indications of disagreement with these two sections of the report.<o:p></o:p></p>
