Thank you for your feedback.  I anticipate bi-weekly meetings with the IRT
at the most-preferred time in the Doodle Poll; however, if we need to meet
more or less frequently, we can discuss this point during our first call.

this group intends to meet and to choose a fixed time for the meetings.
